If, for any reason, your Achiever isn’t the right fit, we’ll work with you to find a suitable replacement at no extra charge during the initial monitoring period. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and productive experience for your business.
Once matched, we handle the onboarding process—creating job descriptions, assisting with contract signing, and ensuring a smooth transition. We also provide a 30-day monitoring period to guarantee the best fit for your business.
Your Achiever will work according to your chosen NZ time zone schedule. They are available for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, ensuring seamless support during your business hours.

Your security is our top priority. We have a Data Privacy Officer in place and enforce strict confidentiality agreements with our team. Under our contract:
Your data is only used for assigned tasks
It cannot be copied, shared, or disclosed
We recommend using a password manager for added security
Before we begin, we require a detailed Job Description to ensure we find the right match. You’ll then receive a Service Agreement for review and signing before work begins. This ensures clarity and alignment on expectations.
